How it works.

A walk through the five steps from approval to your first cohort.

Step 1 of 5

Set up

Your name, your logo, your colour. Every email a participant receives looks like it came from you.

Your logo and your colour appear on every participant-facing surface — magic-link emails, the in-app header, the retreat detail page. The email a new participant receives looks like it came from your practice, not from a vendor.

You set everything in Branding under Settings: name, logo, primary colour, email sender name. About a minute of work; no design skills required.

Bio and display name land in your facilitator profile, which participants see when they meet you in the app.

Step 2 of 5 · Optional

Configure

Replace the four-archetype model if you teach a different system. Tune content visibility and notifications. Optional.

The default four-archetype model — Sovereign, Warrior, Lover, Magician — works out of the box for most shadow-work cohorts. If that maps to what you teach, skip this step entirely.

If you teach a different system — masculine archetypes, IFS parts, Jungian functions, your own framework — Configure is where you replace the model. Custom frameworks are an Enterprise feature, currently behind a request-access gate while we work alongside the first cohort of facilitators using them.

Configure also covers content visibility (which articles, balancing packs, and series your participants see), notification preferences, and theme. None of it is required to run your first cohort.

Step 3 of 5

Create a retreat

Pick dates, a name, a location. Draft a cohort in five minutes.

A retreat is the container around a cohort. It can be a three-day in-person retreat, an eight-week online cohort, or an ongoing monthly practice — the shape is the same; the cadence is yours.

You set the name, dates, location (or 'online'), and capacity. The retreat starts as a draft so you can shape it before participants arrive. Launch it when you're ready.

Once a retreat is live, every participant journal, check-in, and circle post lives inside it. You can pause a retreat between sessions without tearing down assignments — useful for cohorts that meet weekly with offline weeks in between.

Step 4 of 5

Invite participants

Branded magic-link emails. They land in their own private workspace, ready to begin.

Type or paste a list of email addresses. Each invitee receives a magic-link email — branded with your logo, sent from your sender name. No password to set up, no signup form. The link is the account.

When they click, they land in their own private workspace inside your retreat. They see the intake form first, then the dashboard you've shaped, then whatever content you've made visible.

If you'd rather not send the email through us, the participants page also generates a copyable invite link per participant — paste it into your own email or a private channel.

Step 5 of 5

Facilitate

Live dashboard, journals, check-ins, circle posts, AI coaching scaffolding — in one place, wearing your brand.

Once a cohort is running, the live dashboard shows each participant's progress in one view: where they are in the framework, recent journal activity, check-in completion, circle posts.

Participants get AI coaching scaffolding as a 1:1 companion — Claude as a thinking partner inside the framework you've configured, with the structure of the work mapped to whatever model you teach. You stay visible in the loop: their journals, their reflections, their check-ins all surface to you.

Everything wears your brand the whole way through — every email, every header, every notification. From the moment a participant gets the invite to the moment they wrap their last session.

That’s the arc.
